I love meals that are nutrient dense and easy to put together. Here's a fave of mine.. A small or medium size container of greens, avocado, tuna in water, and lemon. You can drain the tuna and mix with the avocado placing the mixture on top of the plated greens. Squeeze half the Lemon on top and the other half in a tall glass of filtered ice water. Enjoy!
