Still badass 9. Waffle time cause you did that **** fasted!!! Why fasted cardio: 1. I like it 2. It works for me 3. And if that's not enough of an explanation than here it is in a nut shell. If you do your cardio in a fasted state the body will break down stored fats in order to fuel the work out. In this situation, your insulin level is low and will not interfere with lipolysis(fat burning process), thus allowing you to access and burn more stored body fat for fuel. *side note: I know the controversy regarding fasted vs. non-fasted. I have done both. I base my opinions on a. Research that supports the theory. And yes there is research to support both arguments so I then I look at b. and base it on MY experience and for me fasted cardio takes the cake when it comes to ME and MY bodies results! Bottom line: find what works for you and do it consistently!
