Somewhat Before And After

In unpacking I came across this long forgotten. It is as close to a Before picture as I may have. This was taken in Cleveland sometime 1997/1998 when I was a stubby looker bowler at 5'6" 170 lbs. I started training in 1999 and was measured by a PT at 25% body fat.
