Is lemon water part of your daily routine??? If not, why not? Every night before bed I prep my 4L jug with fresh lemons, sliced cuc's and even a sprinkle of my BCAA's. I have always been an avid water drinker but I would be lying if I said it made me ecstatic to think about it all day long. So by adding this refreshing twist I actually look forward to slamming back litre 1 before meal 1 everyday. This little concoction has numerous benefits but my top 3 for my ritual use are because ??aids in digestion by loosening toxins. I struggle with digestive issues and more so bloating and notice a significant difference in my stomach when I get off track with my lemon water. ??the scent of lemons have been known to have a calming effect and the energy it provides once it reaches your digestive tract have been linked in the reduction of anxiety and depression... To me lemon scent reminds me of a clean house and a clean house def decrease my levels of anxiety!!! ??Curves Cravings. The pectin fiber inside lemons is known to aid in hunger cravings and this dieter can use all the help she can get! Before I ever even consider reaching for that piece of extra or taking one small lick, I take a swig of my jug and remind myself that when life throws you lemons.....skip the lemonade and just add water!!! #keepitsimple #godothisNOW....rightNOW
