Meal Planning/ prepping is key ! Whether I am pregnant or not I always meal plan. I am often super busy with work and my boys so when I'm hungry I am always going to grab what's fast and available good or bad . So I make sure I ALWAYS have good foods ready . (Asparagus, squash, sweet potatoes, and protein on its way to the skillet :), cookies in coconut oil and lightly seasoned with sea salt )
