Here is a snap shot from my group training this mornin, I train groups of 12 people at a time. Exercises typically include things like squats, pull ups, deadlifts, presses, leg curls, romanian deadlifts, shoulder presses, rows, lunges, sissy squats, sled work, stairs, concept II rower, etc.
