I have always preferred to train with Dumbbells. This has been the barrier I could never overcome, until tonight. I managed 3 reps of 75lbs (x2) while 19 hours fasted, on my 10th day of Intermittent Fasting!! IF is giving me the results I have always desired. I am THRILLED!
