Fitness has taught me a lot... Like, don't put on lotion before going to do heavy Deadlifts - I mean it: DON'T do it. ...but really, fitness has taught me that, even on my weakest days I am strong, both physically and mentally. I can overcome any obstacle. I am good enough. I hope you know that you're good enough too. (Is this the part where we start singing Kumbaya?)
