Indian paleo turkey meatloaf

My version of turkey meatloaf paleo style with Indian spices. 2 lbs of 99 % lean ground turkey, half zucchini, half yellow squash, 1/4 onion, 4 egg whites. Mix all of these in a big bowl. Dry ingredients: 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp of black pepper, a small piece of grated ginger( optional) a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of all spice, garlic powder 2 tsp. grind these finely and add it to the turkey mixture. Add 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil and mix with salt as needed. I do not do ketchup due to too much sodium content. I add sriracha for color and heat. Take a baking pan Pam spray it add the mixture spread it out and bake at 375 for 20 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean :) serve with side of salad and salsa or sweet potato fries:) recipe makes 6 servings: macros: fat 3 g, carb: 4 gas, protein: 28 grams.
