Every 4 days I blend 16 oz egg whites, 2 eggs, 1 Cup green veggies (broccoli, spinach, turnip greens, mustard greens or cilantro) then I dice peppers/onions/garlic whatever I have on hand for flavor. If it's not enough flavor I'll add 1tbsp salsa. This with overnight nights & half an avocado make a quick, easy, tasty & healthy breakfast.
