After making some decent leg & deltoid gain. It's time to get lean once again! Week 1 was successful losing 3.5 lbs of water weight and .5 lbs of actual fat mass. Starting my PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fast) today for 12 days. Currently at 177.7 lbs (Top 2 pictures) I was weighing 165 lbs at 9-11% body fat back in June (Bottom 2 pictures) In the next 5 weeks I should be down 9 lbs to 168 lbs with even better conditioning that I had back in June. Goal is 8-9% body fat.
