Hey what's up? Oh nothing much just balancing on a yoga ball! Finally have mastered it, the hardest part is getting up and on the ball but once I'm up I can hold it for a good minute plus. Now I'm adding in doing squats and things! I never thought I would be able to do this, NEVER GIVE UP! You'd be surprised at the potential you have. So go out there and try something new(:
