Today was a day of firsts... First day training at an ANYTIME FITNESS(sometimes you just need a change of 'scenery'...first leg day of new program....first attempt at 'Jefferson Squats'----EPIC fail!!!(google them if curious).....and first day of rocking out the peacock leggings!!! I get asked often if I have a trainer..the answer has always been YES! Could I do it on my own... YES! But to me having a coach to take the thinking out of it is a priceless commodity. And even more so having a coach who see's you as so much more than a $ sign as he sends you texts like these(see below) is invaluable in an industry/lifestyle that is over-saturated every second with the 'new what's right and what's wrong' way of doing things. Bottom line: DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!! Me: You think I'm a superhuman or what? (In regards to this new leg day) Coach: You totally are! Pure #BEAST!
