Cheat meal.. High calorie day.. its all the same!

When I DO increase calories be it a "cheat meal" or "accidentally" went over my macros.. Heck.. Even for the days you feel like crap. I Detox.. 24.. 48.. Even 72 hours if need be. I make my own tonics if you will.. Always starting off with filtered water.. Then adding antioxidants like lemons, cucumbers for hydration, ginger for anti-inflammatory properties. Bottom line.. Giving my system a break.. While still giving it something good.
