1/4 cup of brown rice, 4oz lean chicken, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 cup broccoli,seasoned with cumin powder, serracha and mrs dash low sodium. cook with 1 cup of water in a crock pot for 2-3 hours and it's done!! Macros: 35 grams of carb 25 grams of protein and 9 grams of fat
