Prepping my food on Sundays or at the beginning of the week always helps me stay on track because everything is already measured out and cooked! I made for lunches and dinners: 1/2 cup red lentils 1 cup cooked brown rice pasta, 4 oz chicken breast, 5 oz of mahi. I need to boil some eggs as well but this will last me probably until Friday(:
