Started my wo with uphill HIIT, 8 on incline, 6.2 speed, 1.45 miles. Followed by 60 squats, 50 deads @ 100 lbs. 60 leg press @ 180. 40 reps of everything else plus another 30 min cool down cardio. Soar but feeling accomplished.
