I came across a recipe from a few years ago and made this for Friday's dinner. It's from Jay Cutler's video " One Step Closer #2. It's strips of chicken breast, green beans and potatoes stir fried with soy sauce. Jay also added rice. Steak can be used in place of the chicken and asparagus for the green beans. I estimated this meal at 550 calories, 110 G protein, 25 g of carbs, 3G of fat. Rice would have boosted the carbs.
