Wake up each day and remind yourself "I CAN DO THIS". Today marked day 1 of my last week of summer holidays and I could not think of any better way to kick it off than to wake up and get strong and sweaty before sunrise!!! Program stated: Chest/Tri's followed with my two least favourite things to do ABS & Dreadio! So I got creative and finished off the morning with the following: 10 forward squat jumps 10 jump lunges (per leg) 10 push-ups Rest max 30 s 8 forward squat jumps 8 jump lunges (per leg) 8 push-ups Rest max 30 s 6 forward squat jumps 6 jump lunges (per leg) 6push-ups Rest max 30 s 4 forward squat jumps 4 jump lunges (per leg) 4 push-ups Rest max 30 s 2 forward squat jumps 2 jump lunges (per leg) 2 push-ups ka-put!!! #makeitfun Have a Strong Monday!!
