I won't be able to do this type of exercise in a month so might as well see what I'm capable of! I was able to get out 4 sets of 4-5 reps of 225 lbs (my goal weight). I've never tried to go that heavy before (even with a spotter) so to hit this without a spotter is a big accomplishment for me. "I'd rather fail trying to do the right thing than to succeed doing the wrong thing."
