So my partner made it through the first week! This is gonna be great for me as well. Usually I never go higher than 225 on incline just to be safe while working alone. Today I maxed out at 275 x2 Reps after 4-5 sets working my way up. Came back down and did 3 x 8@225 before moving on to dumbbell flies! New goal 1x10 @275. How long do you guys think it will take me?
