This is my meal prep for this week, since I've being eating the same thing for the last 8 weeks, today I changed it a little, added wheat and gluten free half bagel with 1 cup egg whites for breakfast, I'm still having oatmeal with egg whites, but that I will eat it post workout which is my second breakfast around 9:30am
