Preparing my oatmeal in ziploc bags for my meal prep for this week. I prepare 6 bags in advance, I add 1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats, with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a sprinkle of ground nutmeg. In the morning I just grab it from my fridge and make it in 3 min in the microwave while I get dress :)
