Day 3 on #thermoxyn. Pic on lower left is day 1, rt start if day 3. Both pics taken at same time in morning. Initial assessment is that I am staying fuller/tighter and sticking to macros seem to be easy as hunger urges are dissipating at night, that's been my struggle as of late!
