Mix 10g of protein with ~3 tbsp. water, add 5g honey, 50g oats, 5g almonds (grounded). Add a little peanutbutter if u want to. Knead it 'til it gets the shape of a bar. It should not be dry so add more water if u need. Wrap in foil and put in the fridge for 2h. Enjoy!
