Lats traps and delts

Sorry for the video being sideways. I don't really understand why it's that way as I had my cell phone standing and not on it's side. Not to mention I somehow ran out of space on my cell again. Last night I had 1.2gb open and now nothing. Anyway... 2.5 hours on lats, traps, and delts. The video is too short... Rack pulls however I squeeze my lats but I also squeeze my delts and pull them back into my lats at the top of the movement. I was aiming for 20 reps on 405lbs (184kg), my left hand have out on 15 reps. That's an improvement over last week doing 315lbs (143kg) at 20 reps. I'm looking forward to next week. If I can hit 20... The weight is going up again. I'm hoping this can push me back into heavy dead lifting again. My lower back is becoming stronger as well as my abs.
