Okay let's talk about the reality of building a BOOTAY! As you can see I def have not always had full glutes. After my first competition I took a roller coaster approach to an off season and progression was minimal to say the least. Symmetrics are EVERYTHING when it comes to building a physique regardless if you wish to compete or not. I have been working long and hard at bringing up my backside as a predominant focus these 12 months and was pleasantly surprised at my last check in just how far I had not even realized I had come.... What does this require: 1. A little fluff can build a lot of buff - eat to grow 2. Have structure/program/routine 3. Two words: LIfT HEAVY 4. Be Patient. I always remind myself when I feel like progress is stagnant..."Rome wasn't built in a day...and my booty is definitely going to be bigger than Rome some day so patience grasshopper'... #ikid Sincerely, One happy heavy squatter!!!
