2 hour lat, trap and deltoid workout. 20 reps all exercises no matter the weight... If I fail before 20, drop 10 pounds off and try again until 20 or complete failure. I did almost every lat exercise I could think of at the moment. In the pic are t-bar rows, rack pulls, bent over barbell rows, and what I look like in the 4th pic at the moment
