Sodium and water isn't your enemy on or day before the show - morning after almost 2 gallons and 5000mg+ sodium. Very dry. But don't take this as a blanket post or a formula - every one is different - take it and experiment on yourself if your lean enough to tell subtle changes. Most people confuse being flat with spilling over - very fine line - water intake and sodium levels should help you narrow your options - if your dehydrated/ sodium depleted- and on 4-500 carbs - still flat - try some water and salt - fuller muscles make you look tighter a tighter = dryer appearance.
