Good morning world!
OVERALL RATING
Eventually you realize it isn't the number on the weights you push or the scale you stand upon that pushes you to be better, faster, stronger - eventually you realize it's just you, just plain, simple, ol' you that pushes you to be the best you can be. A fire like that will never die. -For the first time in my entire life, I've reached 140 pounds. As a 5'8 woman who spent the majority of her life with 0 muscle mass at a steady 115-120lbs, this number scared me at first. But then I started thinking about it: would you rather be 120lbs and breathless after a quarter mile run... Or would you rather be 140lbs and begging for more after a 4 mile sprint? For me, it'll always be the healthier choice. Plus, having a butt for the first time in my life is kinda nice ¯\_(?)_/¯
