Lately I've been hearing a lot of feedback regarding FOOD from my people. Something along the lines of "I am too busy to eat, I'm never prepared, I can't say no when I need to, I know I shouldn't eat it but then I do, I feel like my whole day is a write off and I'll just start again tomorrow....I just can't do it" I can sit here and bore you with all the same ole info that any fitspo site will tell you ie: fail to plan, plan to fail, everyone has the same 24 hours, blah blah blah! You all know that- in fact you all know exactly what it is you're NOT doing to achieve the results you're NOT getting..... How do you do it Jill? ... I really don't have an answer other then 'I just DO'. There is nothing more rewarding than crawling into bed at night knowing that I did everything in my power to achieve whatever journey I am currently on....even if this means eating meal 5 while in the tub. #rubadubdubgrubinthetub #multitasker #justdoit #noexcuses
