Of course dieting sucks. No energy, slow recovery, moody, no patience, little motivation a lot of cravings and so much sacrifice.. but in the end knowing you pushed your limits and not only struggled through a physical battle but a mental one and kicked your goals in the face is worth it. its not easy and if it were everyone would do it. If you don't want average then push. You get what you give. Now, train through the pain!
