So I tweaked this recipe from wellgirl_angel on Instagram Who's hungry?! Roll up your sleeves and get started! What you will need. . . Cake Batter: 1/2 Banana (riper the better) 1/4 cup oats (I used gluten free) 1 egg white (can be all whites but I used an actual egg) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (I used Sweet Drops Vanilla Creme flavor) 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon of apple sauce (I used store brand no sugar added) 2 tablespoon Fit Miss Vanilla Chai protein (I used Vanilla Whey because that's what I have and use for baking and cooking so versatile) Frosting ??: 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt ( I use Choboni brand) Vanilla extract to taste Cinnamon to taste Mix all batter ingredients together in a blender. Pour into large mug and microwave for 1.45 -2 minutes. You can check it to see if it needs longer, you will know by the way it looks. Mine was slightly under but still good. For frosting mix all ingredients to your liking. Once your cake is done all you need to do is plop it out on a plate, top with your frosting and enjoy! Happy Saturday! ??
