Murph Challenge 2014

Personally, I celebrate & remember the Veteran lives we've lost every day of my life. Today, we honor them as a country, as a nation of brothers and sisters. People who know me well know how much the Murph WOD means to me & how much I hold the memories of all who paid the ultimate sacrifice near to my heart.
