Late lunch...chicken breast salad made with Greek yogurt, 2 quail eggs, roasted bell peppers, brown rice with salsa and a healthy dose of mrs. Dash southwest chipotle. Yum!!! So far two weeks of clean eating straight, not even one cheat meal. I haven't even wanted one (been eating clean for a few months with cheat meals). Today I'm already at 111 grams protein and only 800 calories. Getting much better at this.
