10 reps with a weight u can get 12. Full contraction at top. After 10, get up and walk around machine, sit down and do 10 more, repeat again for total of 30. Wait bout 1 min and repeat 2 more times. Total 90 reps. Great finisher or a great opener to pre exhaust before squatting or pressing.
