Words of Encouragement

Aesthetically speaking, my body is far from the ideal. I don't have the ideal shape; my hips will always be there, round and wide, and my abs will always be hidden under a thin layer of fat :) But I don't love my body for the way it looks. I love my body for the way it's able to carry me through even the toughest workouts. I love my body for its perseverance, day after day, year after year, never once failing me. I love my body because although the media would have me think that it's imperfect, I think it's imperfectly perfect. If all women (& men!) loved their bodies, imagine how many industries would go bankrupt.
