Late 2012 to May 2014. One hysterectomy gone wrong and one dislocated shoulder in between so maybe I'm not as far on as I'd hoped but sh*t, that's life and you just roll with the punches. At nearly 44 years old, I feel strong and healthy and am the fittest I've ever been. Period. God bless the Barbell :))
