This is my current pic I just took today, this is me sticking to my program, I'm currently on "IF" Intermittent Fasting/Bulking, so far I have had great energy I notice that the fat on my hips are melting off, I love how I'm sticking to it, my training regiment I love, I'm currently on Supersets, I'm always making adjustment when needed,I love it my weight in will be next week stay tune troops.. Ps yes I know it says I way 200 on the pic ignore it I just ignore it I left it their by default becauseI have not weight my self yet till next week...
