People tell me slow progress is STILL progress... I HATE doing abs and even more so hate the fact that swimsuit weather is coming and these ******* seem to want to hibernate regardless of the season!!! I can be 200% in the kitchen day in and day out and still they refuse to come out and play...but I Remind myself that achieving the 6 pack is never the hard part...it's remembering to love the process along the way!!!
