Listen up ladies (and fearful husbands for that matterâ¦) First and foremost WOMAN do not have the testosterone levels to develop the BULK that we so much fear. Whyâ¦well to put it simply we don't have the balls to do itâ¦....literally!!! The majority of test comes from those crazy little things and that's not to say females don't produce any but definitely not even close to the amount as that of a man. Yes, some females genetically have the ability to increase muscle mass faster than others but again no where near the rate of men and even then they typically are following a structured plan with one goal in mindâ¦to BUILD! So after you check to make sure you don't have testicles, you can relax a little and start to focus on the INCREDIBLE benefits of introducing the iron into your current routine.
