I'm 20 weeks out ( 5 months) from my debut physique competition in Los Angeles. I have been feeling really ****** about my progress because I don't see much of a difference. But I know that these things take time and I have to constantly remind myself that as long as I'm sticking to my plan, things will fall into place. I'm as human as everyone and sometimes I do lose patience and get super frustrated as well. As of last week I started doing cardio. I am also tapering with my sodium intake. No I'm not cutting sodium out at all, in fact I'm increasing my sodium intake. I'm slightly uncomfortable because my body is holding the extra water right now, but that's ok because the body is very intelligent and it will eventually get used to the high sodium I'm consuming and adjust according. The water retention will go away once my system has adjusted.
