Originally the title of this was going to be "Breakin da Rulez" but the grammar Nazi in me wouldn't allow it - but alas! I digress. Here's me working out TWO DAYS EARLY. I just couldn't last a whole week so, I did some upper body then finished it up with 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5mph, 5% incline while holding two 10lb dumbbells. Haven't tried it? I definitely recommend it! It's a great low impact workout that hits your entire body (primarily works your grip, shoulders and forearms) but you also burn more calories since you're technically 20lbs heavier :) Happy Saturday, freaks! xoxo
