Meal prep for this week consists of salmon, tuna fish, LOTS of antioxidants (strawberries, kiwis, pomegranates, pineapple, acai juice), walnuts, spinach, brussell sprouts, edamame, oats, egg whites & organic rice protein powder: Not in that exact order :) I'm trying to stay away from land animal meats and any derivatives this week (YES, that means even whey powder!) What did you prep for this week?
