Week 1 accountability check. 100% on plan to MY plan this first week- feeling focused and strong with an optimistic attitude on what the next few weeks will bring. Did I drop copious amounts of weight this week? Hell NO and am I really expecting to NO. Dieting, whether in comp mode or not- isn't simply about numbers for me, it's about adhering to a commitment of discipline I have set out for myself, challenging my limits, overcoming obstacles, becoming mentally stronger and above all it is never about what I am actually losing but rather what I am gaining along the way... Annnnnndddddd I won't deny, looking good naked just in time for beach weather is def motivating me a little too!!!
