Never been a food fan but there are 2 things i could eat everyday!And that is pizza&ice-cream.Being on a fat loss regimen,i created my own healthy recipe for ice-cream.It doesn't taste better than italian version but definitely above standard supermarket ones. -2 scoops chocolate whey protein. -1 tea spoon almond butter. -half lemon. -5 drops rum flavouring. -5 drops vanilla flavouring. -a sprinkle of ground nutmeg. -3-5 drops of stevia liquid(if you like it very sweet). -1 cup of ice. -blender(vitamix,chef tony,or any other strong blenders). Blend the mix for few minutes until gets the texture you want.Put it in a bawl,eat it,very fast like i do lol,be happy!;)
