I'm still alive! Sorry, guys! It's the end of the semester AND I got an awesome promotion at my job so I've had little time to update on progress. Not much has changed in appearance or measurements. BUT since working with a trainer, my squat has gone up from 80lbs to 125lbs, leg press is up to 315lbs and my straight-legged deadlift is an easy 90lbs. :)
