#crockpot #chicken ! One of the easiest and healthiest ways to get your lean protein! I just put the chicken breast pieces with either, wing sauce, teriyaki sauce, marinade sauce, whatever you feel like. For this I put garlic lemon marinade and added more lemon pepper and herbs. Cooked it on high for about 3 hours and done for the week!!! ;) #healthyeats #cleaneating #leanmeat #mealprep #fitness #weightloss #healthycooking
