Stomach is thinned. Need to eat better. Been falling off the wagon, but it has been to please the wife and father-in-law. I can't blame them entirely because I have not had all my meals preped. I am going to work harder and try to thin up. Rome was not built in a day and neither was the body that I had become. It will take time, but I will get it accomplished.
