This is what happens when you're 40kg/90lb heavier than natural body weight and get badly injured and quite sick. You revert quickly backwards. This is an 8kg loss on scales, probably more like 10kg loss, 10cm/4" lost from shoulders and 7cm/3" lost off chest. Sad story but something to rebound back to!!
